ASA Council voted to rename the Sector Qualifying Tournaments to Territory Qualifying Tournaments to fall in line with all other ASA Championship Tournaments. This along with the redistribution of the returning berths has changed the berths to the Gold National as follows:

Eastern Territory includes Regions 1, 2, 3, and 9 Southern Territory includes Regions 4, 5, 6, and 7 Northern Territory includes Regions 8, 10, 11, and 12 Western Territory includes Regions 13, 14, and 15
